Motivational workout video featuring Bawe Alfred. He is a certified personal trainer, mix martial artist, nutritional advisor and OCR athlete based in Dubai.

It was more like a fun project at the same time challenging as there was no script. My trainer had no prior experience being in front of the camera and I had to make him understand what he needs to do and how I would be capturing the shots. He was quickly able to grasp the idea which made it easy for me to do my job. I had to visit few places to find a suitable location for the shoot, which is dark and unoccupied.

Production took me one day and post production took around two to three days. I used Canon EOS R with 35mm lens attached to Zeeyun Weebil s gimbal. Video editing was done on Premier Pro. I have also created a one minute teaser as per his request to promote his social media pages. The final output is quite impressive as you can watch below.
